Hillary and Tina interview Jason Kruszka, current Chief of Staff for Broward County Commissioner Tim Ryan. Mr. Kruszka also served as an attorney for the Public Defender’s office for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers, an attorney for the Capital Collateral Regional Counsel, and interned at the Innocence Project of Florida.
Mr. Kruszka discusses his experiences working in the public defender’s office where he represented thousands of clients and had 33 jury trials, defending against charges ranging from misdemeanors to punishable-by-life felonies. He also shares a memorable case from his time with the Innocence Project of Florida.
