Episode 39: Calf Length Black Socks

Hillary and Tina cover the former New York Governor Elliot Spitzer and the City of Bell scandal.

Hillary’s Story
In 2007, Eliot Spitzer earned the New York’s governor seat after campaigning on a platform of integrity and principle. But, when a wiretap exposes Spitzer’s alleged liaisons with a known escort agency, his own integrity and principles are called into question.

Tina’s Story
In 2010, the City of Bell was a modest suburb in Los Angeles county with quaint tree lined streets. But, when a newspaper reporter learns of potential misappropriation of funds, he rings the bell on political corruption that no one suspected.
